PRICES OF TOUR PACKAGES AND TOURIST SERVICES

– All rates for foreigners are expressed in US dollars and include all applicable taxes and fees for foreign tourists. Likewise, the rates for Peruvians and residents are expressed in local currency of nuevo SOL where the IGV (18%) is not included. The payment of the IGV is optional (if an invoice is required).

– Rates for groups larger than 15 people are subject to discounts, we recommend to consult with our reservations department.

– All air fares and ground transportation rates are subject to change and availability of space to be confirmed the day the reservation is made. This available rate will be sent via e-mail or WhatsApp by one of our operators.

PAYMENTS AND RESERVATIONS

– The reservation is made with a time of 100 days to 15 days before the travel date at least prior consultation and availability, so that our agency can block the spaces in hotels and separate the quotas or tourist tickets required for the tours contracted.

– The reservation for the foreign tourist is made with the payment of 30%, this payment will be made in a UNIQUE way through the electronic commerce payment gateway of our web page (www.lovetravelperu.com) section ONLINE PAYMENTS (consider paying 5% commission). Likewise, once the required percentage has been paid, the system will immediately generate a copy of the electronic voucher with its respective transaction code that will be sent to the contracting person’s e-mail address.

– The reservation for the Peruvian tourist is made with the payment of 30% by means of a deposit in the name of the company LOVE TRAVEL PERU E.I.R.L.

– After making the online prepayment and/or deposit, the contracting party must send copies of passports, ID cards, identity cards or required documents of all those registered for the trip. Also, you must send copies of the flight tickets with their respective itineraries and flight numbers so that our agency can start with the various procedures, as well as schedule airport pickups according to the itinerary.

– The balance or remaining money will be paid in the city of Cusco before the start of the tours, it can be with credit card (subject to 5% commission) or in cash. Likewise, you must ask the agency for a voucher that proves the total payment of the contracted service.

PENALTIES IN TOURIST PACKAGES OR TOURS

– For any cancellation, by the passenger, before 50 or more days before the start date of the tour will be penalized with the total payment of the cost of the species valued ex: Entrance to Machupicchu, entrance to Waynapicchu, etc. since these tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable (only if it has been purchased).

– For any cancellation, by the passenger, between 49 and 16 days of the start date of the tour will be penalized with 50% of the amount of the prepayment, plus USD. 25 of administrative expenses.

– For any cancellation, by the passenger, 15 days or less prior to the tour start date will be penalized with 100% of the prepaid amount.

Note: The reservation of the programs for the Inca Trail are not refundable in any case.

EXECUTION OF THE REIMBURSEMENT OF THE PACKAGE / TOUR, ACCOMMODATION OR TRANSPORTATION SERVICE

– Refunds or refunds for cancellations requested by the passenger, will be made within 30 working days after receiving the request from the passenger. The reimbursement will be affected by the penalties corresponding to each case.

– No claim may be considered as validly made if it was made after 60 days from the end of the contracted tourist service.

RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY

– The liability for services not provided due to the negligence of Love Travel Peru or our staff, will be limited to the actual cost of the omitted services and excludes all resulting indirect consequences or costs. In such eventual case Love Travel Peru will use its best efforts to provide alternative arrangements of equal value, subject to availability.

– Love Travel Peru acts in some cases as an intermediary between tour operators and passengers for the booking process and payment of services. In case the service company ceases to operate for internal labor reasons, force majeure or other reasons, or in case the company providing the service is declared in economic insolvency, with the formalities required by the corresponding Peruvian legislation, the reimbursement of the service not provided will be made, within the aforementioned procedures and within the deadlines established by the Peruvian authorities, for each specific case.

– Love Travel Peru, when publishing these tourist services, travel programs, tours, air tickets, etc., is responsible for requiring the contracted service company to provide the services and accommodations offered to passengers, as stated in the itinerary of the program and published on our website.

– The passengers accept that Love Travel Peru has no responsibility for the non-provision of the services offered in case of adverse weather conditions or natural disasters that could not be foreseen. Likewise, you acknowledge that there will be no responsibility in case of political movements, accidents, strikes or any other public act beyond the control of Love Travel Peru, which could not be foreseen. In these cases, the value of the contracted service will not be refundable.

– The Tour Operator reserves the right to alter the itinerary of any package / tour program.
