Waqrapucara 1 Day
The pickups from the hotel are between 4:30 to 5:00 a.m., once the whole group is complete we will start the tour, we will travel for 3:30 hours in tourist transport towards the town of Santa Lucia, on the way we will make a stop in Cusipata to have breakfast, then continue along a zigzagging route until you reach the end of the road, once there we will get ready about 10 minutes to make the final preparations, and then start the walk towards Waqrapukara.
The walk is uphill with a duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes, the distance to travel is approximately 2.5 kilometers; arriving at Waqrapukara the guide will explain the importance of this archaeological complex, then you will have free time to walk around the place on your own and take pictures of the memory. After the visit we will enjoy our lunch (box lunch), then we will return to the Punta Carretera where our vehicle will be waiting to take us to the city of Cusco. This tour ends at 18:30 hours approximately. End of service.
